The Walltalkers / Bio

Founded in May, 2012, The Walltalkers have been winning over audiences since their first show. The prevailing comments focus on the rich vocals (3 part harmonies) and the song craftsmanship. Their songs have a warm combination of Folk, Rock, Country, Blues and Americana stylings. The lyrics range from fun, light hearted songs like, “Skinny Dip” to contemporary messages regarding social issues like “Does It Bother You” to rich, full, thoughtful ballads like “Icarus Dreams” or “California.

Strong songwriting from William and Heather make this band stand out. Individually, and as this band, they’ve received radio play on KKFI 90.1FM and Alice 102.1FM in the KC metro area plus internet radio play across the country and internationally. Notably, their songs can be heard in rotation on Dave Matthew’s Pandora station and they competed in the 2011 Grammy pool as a songwriting team.
