New Moon Rising is an Alternative / Indie / Folk Rock band from Cleveland, Ohio. New Moon Rising's style is the perfect combination of Alternative, Indie, and Folk Rock with influences ranging anywhere from Neil Young, The Eagles, Pink Floyd, and The Smashing Pumpkins to the smooth and mellow vibes of artists like Paul Simon and Jack Johnson. New Moon Rising has taken pieces from their diverse array of musical influences to create their own uniquely original sound. The members of New Moon Rising each bring something unique to the band: Terry Campbell (rhythm guitar, harmonica, main vocals, songwriter) is the lead singer and songwriter of the band with a distinctly smooth and soulful voice that perfectly compliments his unique style of songwriting. Evan Stone (lead guitar, backup vocals) is an extremely talented guitar player whose versatility spans genres and largely contributes to the New Moon Rising sound. Justin Michael (bass, backup vocals) is a skilled bass player who pushes the boundaries of traditional bass playing with his eccentric riffs and rhythmic low end flow. Steve Deurlein (drums) is an awesome drummer who brings a ton of energy to the band with his versatile style of drumming and off the wall beats. Each member of the band came together through their individual passion and love for creating music to form New Moon Rising.
