Hello you beautiful people.

I am Ida Nielsen (you might know me as Bassida or Ida Funkhouser) and I am currently the very happy bass player of the NPG.

I am also a composer and bandleader in my spare time, and here is a taste of some of my own stuff.

I released my second solo album "sometimes a girl needs some sugar too" in november 2011. It is now on cdbaby, itunes and what not, and like my first album "Marmelade" (by Bassida) the music is a mixture of old school funk, hip hop and soulfull songwriting -with a lot of bass in it :)
