Tarpit Boogie / Bio

This is not the next big thing. This is not creating a buzz among the hipster community. This is not meant for mass consumption. This is sludge boogie from NJ.
Traditionally this would be the section of the bio where the band would use a bunch of slick adverbs and adjectives to describe how “cutting edge” and “original” and “heavy” and “appealing to a wide range of people who know real music, with an underground creditability” they are. No ladies and gentlemen, we will not subject you to this type of propaganda.
We’re a heavy rock band (rhythm n’ doom if you will). There’s no need for a list of influences. There’s no need for a back story. And there’s definitely no need for us to tell you what we sound like. In a time where almost every piece of music ever recorded is on the world wide web, the Boogie included, it would be insulting to you as a music listener for us to feed you a self-assessment of “our sound.”
We will however say thank you. Thank you for listening to our music. Thank you for giving us a chance. There’s a lot of great music in this world and we appreciate the opportunity to present ours.
