Everyone in 138 Kings goes way back. We all came up right here in Rain City - Seattle, WA. Since the late 90s we've been making our mark on the Seattle hip hop scene. It was graffiti that really solidified 138 Kings as an identity for the crew. Every last member of the crew lived and breathed graffiti and skateboarding. We all either linked up through school, the skatepark, or for most of us, both. Blessed to come up with a tight knit group of individuals who shared the same interests and passions, together we explored many facets of hip hop. From bombin the city to freestyle cyphers; from beat boxin to scratchin records; from fuckin up the boards to fuckin up the mic. If there was one element of hip hop we always took seriously it was graffiti, but it wasn't until '09 when something clicked and a handful of us realized we had just as much passion and desire to express ourselves through our music as we did through our paint. So, here we are a few years later with a catalogue of joints we're proud to share with anyone who has a love for raw hip hop in its purest form.
