Growing up in the small town of Joshua, Texas, Hailey Erin always had an ear for country music. Ranging from Hank Jr. to Eric Church, she loves both old and more modern styles of country. With a voice so powerful that can be described as a mix between Patsy Cline and Miranda Lambert and musical compositions between Nashville and Red Dirt, Hailey Erin creates a sound of her own to entertain folks looking for a good time. From the moment her daddy two-stepped her to sleep to Alan Jackson, Hailey Erin was bound to be involved in music. This was only to be even more confirmed when she received her first toy microphone on her fourth Christmas and sang along to her favorite Patsy Cline hits. At age seven, she received her first guitar and learned her first four chords that started the dream. Keeping to her roots, Hailey Erin keeps her small town, sweet, southern bell image. However, that doesn't stop her from writing or performing her favorite rowdy lyrics that get the crowds cheering. Her biggest idol, Miranda Lambert, showed her that not everyone gets caught up in the "Hollywood" crowd. Miranda has kept her feet on the ground and is herself at all times, which is why Hailey looks up to her the most. Hailey has been given amazing opportunities to work with composer and producer Ty Macklin, a multi-platinum, Grammy award winner who has been instrumental in the music of Erykah Badu and Indi Arie, and Mike Cummings of 2nd Step Management, who became her personal manager after discovering Hailey Erin as a young finalist in the DFW Idol competition. Hailey has been blessed to work with other Texas country artists such as Kyle Park and Austin Allsup. She has also sung along side Sonny Burgess and performed at the Arlington Music Hall. She is involved with the Johnson County Child Advocacy Center's Cowboys for Kids, and many other charity functions for abused and handicapped children, while attending school at the University of North Texas. Hailey Erin's goal is to show people that anything you do can impact someone, whether it's singing to people at a music venue, patients at a rehabilitation center, or families in need at a homeless shelter. Helping people can make an incredible amount of change. She also wants to show children that even though she is chasing after her dream, she still attends college to further her education. In high school, she was involved with her FFA chapter's talent competition and livestock shows. She was also the music director for their Fellowship of Christian Athletes program. Hailey Erin's biggest dream is to sing at the Grand 'Ole Opry alongside Miranda Lambert. Her love of being on stage and being able to share her talent with other people is what keeps her drive alive. With support from God, family, friends, and her manager, Hailey will soon become a country music sensation and achieve her country music goal.
