Singer-songwriter Dyanne Harvey came on to the music scene intoxicating fans with her debut album, Bottle of Wine (2013). Her sophomore EP Whiskey & Wine (2014) is no less potent. With an organic sound similar to a fusion of Holly Williams and Sara Bareilles, she keeps the heart of Americana music beating. Through raw and addictive lyrics she continues to make her mark.
The songstress has been steadily touring the Midwest, the Deep South, and New England to promote her music. She has teamed with musicians such as Trey Gray (Brooks & Dunn), Stuart Mathis (The Wallflowers), and Kevin Smith (Co-producer of Whiskey & Wine) to make her songs the muse of anyone’s heart. A constant impact on radio and TV,
Harvey has been featured on Womyn Making Waves, Raditaz, and Kickass Women Music Radio as well as an on-air guest with host Wild Bill of 95.7 WCRC All American True Country, and a special guest on The Pride and Glory of Logan County show hosted by Pat O’Neill.
Raised a farm kid, Harvey never strays too far from her roots. Nurturing something from the ground up is simply a way of life, and is still her way of life as she waters and tends to her musical endeavors. With music flowing in her blood from generations past, singing and writing lyrics seems as much a part of living as breathing does. Currently residing in Lincoln, IL, Harvey continues to pursue music and tour the Midwest.
