Steve Rutledge is the owner of Steel String Productions Recording Studio. He is a Producer and his company is a Recording Studio/Artist Development/Marketing and Promotions. We are located in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains on Ft. Loudon Lake near Knoxville.
Steve was born and raised in Frankfort, Kentucky and began playing guitar at the age of 5 and after only 6 months of lessons Steve’s gift for music was apparent. He immersed himself in music and formed his first band at the age of 12 and began playing the club circuit at the age of 15. From there he has taken his career to the next level through countless hours of hard work and practicing and the thankfulness he has to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the gift of music.
Steve moved to Nashville in 1997, after arriving to Nashville he started networking and making contacts all over the U.S. and in 1999 Steve played his first tour for Christian artist Michael English and in 2004 things started kicking in. since then
