Made In China has come quite a long way. The music they write and play comes purely from the love they have for it. Ranging from Punk to some old school rock elements, Made In China has been given a reputation of always changing it up. The founding members of the band were Brian (drummer) and Sito (previous guitarist) who worked with the bare minimum as far as equipment was concerned. Slowly,
the band started to take shape, adding in singer Jorey and Bassist Angel. Excited to play as a four peice, they performed one gig, though it was a bit shakey at first, the "highness just connected us so well" says Jorey. Made In China aimed for getting a fuller sound with their music, and kept an eye out for another guitarist.
Manny who was a close friend of the band, asked to join. His intention was "to jump around and play whatever". Manny ended being fully comitted, writing music and being one of the main lyricists. With the band consisting of five memebers, they all agreed the chemistry was just as good, playing a 200+ person show with just months of being together. Not too long after, lead guitarist Sito left the band for personal reasons, but was told he was always welcomed back to make even more music. Back to being four, Made In China continued their writing and recording process. Their first single "upRoar" was recorded at Tritone Studios just a week after. Made In China was now even more determined to keep makeing music together based on how well everything went that day. Jorey and Manny continue to write music, recording demos and showing it to the rest of the band. Although relatively young, they show no signs of stopping anytime soon, and will always continue raising the bar on music. "Im in this forever" says Brian.
