Daniel A.Broomfield (stage name C-Nile), was born on February 22, 1991, in the Broward County Hospital, Ft. Lauderdale USA and grew up in Jamaica.
When he was born his dad wasn’t aware of his existence due to separation of both Mother and Father.
From the age of two his mother finally took him to Jamaica, to gve him an opportunity to understand his roots and to get the support of family. She instantly enrolled him in Jamaica’s School System. The high schools he attended were Mona High, Pembroke Hall high, Calabar High where he discovered his talent of being the weaver of rhymes and rhythm. He later moved to the US where he enrolled in Miami Edison Senior High and made connections to other music lovers and became part of the group Young Stunnaz, being part of LCN record label & Tupac Outlaws, but due to family issues he was unable to finish his studies.
While facing hard times Daniel’s love for the music only got stronger and made him express what he wanted to be in life which is the “Lyrical Legend” so it was not just a way of expression for him anymore music became his life becoming what he slept, ate and breathed.
An album has not yet but been distributed but there are plans in the works to launch one sometime in march 2012. Daniel continues to do his singles because of his love for Dancehall music.
Daniel pulls on his life experiences to write his music allowing youths worldwide to relate.
