After first hearing the new and creative techniques of percussive guitar, Cobrette Bardole knew immediately that he had found his musical home. Artists like Andy Mckee and Antoine Dufour quickly influenced Cobrette’s freshman instrumental release, titled the “Everything, In Time - EP”. Tracks “City of Lights” and “Discovery” instantly became fan favorites and lit the path to many performances at ball parks, college radio stations, and Hard Rock Cafés.
"The music of Cobrette Bardole denotes a player with heart and soul, and plenty to say - though happy to let his guitar do the talking"

Amidst a hectic upbringing, music was often the only source of calm and emotional expression. At a young age Cobrette discovered his first musical instrument, the guitar, from his cousin who would often play while visiting. After much pleading, he finally secured a guitar of his own and started on the journey to become a songwriter.
Cobrette continued to play guitar as a hobby and stumbled onto percussive guitarist Andy Mckee during his freshman year of college. Newly inspired, Cobrette began writing his own songs in the percussive acoustic style and booked numerous shows at college events and coffee shops in the area. Receiving positive responses, Cobrette decided to self-recorded and produce his first official release, the “Everything, In Time - EP”, during the summer of 2013.
After the release of his EP, Cobrette moved to Memphis, TN, where he now pursues a bachelor degree in songwriting and has started tracking for his first full-length album. The album’s first single, “Fibers”, released on March 23rd and showcases Cobrette’s voice for the first time over his rhythmically complex percussive guitar style. The album is due out in early fall of 2014.
