Zerivana is an epic tale of the greatness and fall of mankind, a tale about the children of Zerivans, the first people who were born in Koliba at the dawn of all times.
Everything started back in 1999 when, inspired by “Slavic Mythology - the Book of the Aurochs” by Czesław Białczyński, I decided to create my own fantastic vision of the ancient Slavic world. At the beginning Zerivana was only living as a poetry - until 2004 when I recorded the first demo “Zrodzony w Przedczasie” ("Born in the Pre-Time") that was issued in just a several copies that I gave to my friends. Apart from Zerivana I was an active member of the bands like Eternal Ruin, Fortision or Signum Triste that were priorities for me at that time. After the first of them ceased to exist, after leaving the second one and because of the silence that crawled among the realm of Signum Triste, Zerivana became my main medium and the way of expression, even if I am a member of Caedes Castus or Gamaiun.
In 2008 the world has been illumined by the full-length album "Velesvarun", the real milestone in comparison to the 2004' demo. "Velesvarun" was rated worldwide at the unexpectedly high level, having been acclaimed by magazines and music portals such as Pagan Herald (Norway), Harm Magazine (US), Kogaionon (Romania) or Rockmetal.pl (Poland). In 2008 also the Heathen Circle CD compilation entitled "United Under Banner of War" came out on Sword Productions (Portugal) featuring Zerivana's "Severnaya Zvezda".
In 2014 Zerivana is back with new songs. The saga continues.
