Down To Four was formed in 2011 from the band Sun King which had reformed in 2007 with new band members Wes & Rap but the old name didn't really fit the bands new style and direction, so after finishing the new album in 2011 the band came up with the name Down To Four, playing there first show under the new name in March of 2012 at the Loft in downtown Lansing and DOWN TO FOUR was born!

Front-man powerhouse vocalist and rhythm guitarist Wes Hesh who while living in California recorded with Capital Records and fronted bands such as Chemikill, Full Throttle,& Mad Salad and back in Michigan with Brutal, Stone Justice & Sun King opening for national acts like YNT, Black N Blue, Saxon, Flotsam & Jetsam, Armored Saint, Anthrax, & Jackyl.

On Lead guitar we have the scorching riffs of Rafael Morales better known as Rap! who has been a mid Michigan staple playing with bands such as Conspiracy, Tommy Rockers, Straight Shot, Tripping Hour, Sun King and more!
man can this guy play! He does it all! old, new, rock, metal, blues, it doesn't matter he will shred it!

Pounding the drums we have Ben-F-Jammin who originates from the metro Detroit area and has played with bands such as Graven Image, Kaotic Flower, & Sun King. Ben can play it all as well with his own touch and style!

Finally we have the bone-crushing sounds of Jeff Bone on Bass Guitar, a mid Michigan player who has played in bands such as 496 & Sun King. Bones has also done many other musical ventures such as radio, DJ, studio recording, if it involves music Bones has done it!
