Justin has been playing guitar for most of his life. Originally, he wanted to play fast, grungy, distorted, lead guitar. A lot of his earlier influences came from bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, AC/DC and, others of that sort. After breaking his left hand when he was 18, he was, kind of, forced to switch directions. Texas Country was on the rise at that time, and he realized that the more he listened to it, the more he could relate to songs and the more he felt "at home". In 2005, Justin started his first band, while living in Nacogdoches, with some close friends of his and, he's been writing original music since then. Over the years, he's spent countless hours, honing his craft and maturing as a musician and a songwriter. He finally moved back home, after 10 years, in May of 2012 and, since then, has been working on forming a new band and pushing their music. Justin has been fortunate enough to have shared the stage with some great musicians and open for people like, Stoney Larue, Brandon Rhyder, Granger Smith, Curtis Grimes and, a few others. Thanks for taking the time to listen and support local music and musicians.
