Torey Ronhovde / Bio

Torey is a singer/songwriter, playing guitar, bass, didjeridoo, and a number of other instruments. He was born and raised in the Phoenix Valley, and has taught music for over a decade. He has his BA from ASU West, and has authored 4 music instruction books. Though currently a solo artist, Torey has been in several bands, among them 32 Leaves and Soul on Strings. He was the house guitarist for The Arizona Broadway Theatre, and is a studio musician. He's had the pleasure to work and record with a number of AZ musicians and artists. Torey was taught by Hall of Fame musician Al Casey (Nancy Sinatra, Elvis) and Fender clinician Ray Riendeau. Torey's grandparents were traveling country western musicians, so music isn't just his passion, it's in his genes. Torey lives with his artist wife Amy in Peoria, AZ.
