Gloria has sung in community and church choirs all her life, and knew at an early age, that singing is what she was called to do, and wanted to do. She currently sings with The Mount Paran Choir in Atlanta, Georgia, under the leadership of Pastor Mark Blankenship, and Senior Pastor, Dr. David Cooper! Gloria, along with her husband, Randolph, and daughter, Deborah, also minister weekly at the Legacy Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, Georgia, located across from the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center.

A few years ago, Gloria began studying jazz history, singing jazz, and performing at local Jam Sessions at Churchill Grounds, hosted by Danny Harper; Twain's, hosted by Joe Gransden; Cafe 290, hosted by Gary Harris; and other venues in the Atlanta area. She is influenced musically by Ella Fitzgerald for her excellence in singing, and scatting abilities; Natalie Cole, for the energy and vitality of her music; Billie Holiday, for the conviction and depth with which she sang; and many others, including Patti LaBelle, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand. Gospel artists who have influenced her are Yolanda Adams, Sandi Patty, Mary-Mary, Babbie Mason, and many others!
Gloria released her first Demonstration CD in Atlanta, produced by Mr. Ray Akers in 2010, which included songs "Tenderly, Summertime, Autumn Leaves, and No Ordinary Love!" She has worked with a number of vocal coaches through the years.
Currently working with a great Producer/Pianist/Keyboardist, Mr. Willie Hamm, Jr., releasing two new Singles entitled, "I Will Not Fear," and "Let It Play" to be featured on upcoming CD. Willie is helping to take my music to another level with his expertise and patience! Gloria is so thankful for all that she is learning in this continued process. Gloria's style of music is a fusion of jazz and gospel. "Music takes you to another place," is an expression she loves to use, and it is her desire and mission to spread the love of God through her expression of song! Stay in touch, and God's Blessings to you all!
