Director, Singer, Songwriter, Actress, Dancer
“I have been singing as long as I can remember. I remember being envious of my oldest sister, Naomi because it seemed that she had the talent. But, I discovered my voice when I learned my first song "All Woman" by Lisa Steinfield. Through all the pain of my childhood and adolescence I found a sense of healing through song writing. I cannot imagine my life without the gift of song. It makes me who I am. I give God all the glory for my gifts. My lyrics and songs will inspire and change the lives of many.
I was Raised in Willingboro, NJ then my parents split and we moved to Atl in 93 where my sister and I immediately discovered the Atlanta Entertainment Industry. After being in several girl groups and learning what the industry is really about, I realized that it wasn't for me. I ended up being a student of the Tupac Shakur Foundation for the performing arts where we learned about Tupac's life, performing, and life skills that helped me mature as a teenage mother and aspire to do great things in life. After being promoted to Artistic Director and working with the students of TASF for over 7 years, the time came for me to learn about true faith. I gave up on singing for awhile, until I came to be a member of Stronghold Chrisitian Church where I was able to renew and develop my relationship with God. I continue leadership with the young people of MARKED MINISTRY and have let God take control of my life. He gave me instruction to complete this album and that my music would be a blessing to many. So here I am ready to do God's will and change to world in a positive way. I give thanks to God and my angels Oree Nixon, Marci Dingle, and Tupac Shakur. I give thanks to my Husband, my children, mother, father, and my sybllings who are my biggest cheerleaders and supporters.
