L. A. FAHY / Bio

L. A. FAHY presents a song writer's adventure. Fahy transforms his life experiences, observations, fantasies, and desires into songs for the world to enjoy. He has been performing and recording his unique brand of acoustic americana for over 12 years and played with several bands from Zen Farmers in the early 90s' to his electric trio Good Advice 1998-2003 to playing drums for Global Warmers and others. Done a few Johnny Cash tribute shows. He also plays diatonic button accordion, which finds its way into his shows and sometimes other act's shows as that novelty that you love whether you like it or not. The new album Take The Back Roads, released Aug. 2013 takes the songwriting in a more full electric band direction. Also in 2013, L. A. FAHY and the Argyle Sky began performing live as a rock trio with occasional special guests.
The live performances are diverse ranging from roaming troubadour style solo acoustic, to full band electric rock shows. With an extensive repertoire of originals and covers, L A Fahy can entertain people of all ages in a wide range of venues and occasions. In 2013 L. A. FAHY and the Argyle Sky began performing live as a rock trio with occasional special guests.
