Born and raised in Birmingham, AL, Susannah Stuckey has lived and breathed music since she was born. As a baby she would sleep in a baby backpack on her dad's back while he practiced with his band. In her elementary school years, she was always making friends and cousins sing with her and start bands. That never really stopped.
Around age 15, she started listening to country music. While she is a fan of literally all types of music, country is the genre that hits closest to home. Susannah's songs come from the heart. Some are sad, some are fun, and some are downright crazy, but that's what country music is all about, right?
Susannah is very interested in holistic health, and in 2013 was geared up to go to chiropractic school in Atlanta, GA. One night, however, she decided to go to Rick Carter's singer songwriter night at a local bar. That night her heart started hurting for the stage. A couple weeks later she attended a Luke Bryan concert with a friend, and that night she knew she would not be moving to Georgia. She had to use this gift of music she'd been given.
After that, she started playing at every open mic night she could get to, and soon was booking her own gigs. Now she is playing multiple times a month, sometimes a week, and working on her first full production album.
