I have been singing since I was 3 yrs. old influenced by my father who was in the Montgomery Family Gospel Group. As I became older I began playing guitar and singing and writing my own songs through the experiences of my life. I am very thankful for this gift that God has given me. It has been a long hard road and I feel it is time to give to others who have helped me along my way. A big Thanks to all my supporting fans who help inspire my decision to keep holding onto my dream of pursuing my music career. Special Thanks goes out to Debra McBride (Talent Coordinator for her support, compassion, understanding, kindness and enthusiasm. . Also Rickey Lee Watson for his encouragement and believing in my talent and in me. I would also like to give a big honor to my Aunt Darlene who lives in Hillsville, Va..who was singing on the CD with my Dad. He is now gone to be with loved ones and with Jesus but as a child I loved to hear them sing and that is why I am here.. I want to carry on my Dads legacy that he never had a chance to finish.. This is for you Dad.. Gerald Morris Montgomery. RIP... 1/14/1947 to 11/21/2009.
