Camillia Defaye Reed born (November 26, 1981) is a singer, songwriter, mother and loves Worship. She is a Houstonian with a passion for God. She has been singing ever since she can remember. Camillia has made music an important part of her life which comes from a musical background where there's a sister that’s an inspiring R&B singer and a very gifted jazz guitarist as her father. Her passion for singing and music is undeniable. Camillia has also recorded with several local groups within the Houston area doing background and Lead vocals. She attends Emmanuel Church Of God In Christ where Bishop Hewett Richardson Sr. is the Pastor and for the past 6 years, she's been pouring out her heart in her role as Worship Leader. Her style she would describe it as being diverse, urban, cutting-edge and anointed, displaying the "Heart Of God." Her musical influences will be the likes of (The Clark Sisters, Celine Dion, Yolanda Adams and Kim Burrell) just to name a few. Camillia is very creative with her writing… she’s known for "Gospelizing" some of the #1 R&B Hits, converting them over to Glorify the Kingdom of God. On her journey to becoming an upcoming Gospel Artist she connected with Clarence Sims( producer) of Sims Productions out of Columbia, SC. Clarence Sims believed in her ministry and wanted to work together to produce a Maxi Single. Her single “He'll Make A Way” was released during the Labor Day Weekend 2011 via itunes and on CD Baby websites. Camillia Reed soon released her full CD Project entitled “I Live To Worship.” I Live To Worship has become the new worship anthem throughout the city of Houston and abroad. Camillia continues her walk with God as she ministers to the masses through Praise and Intimate Worship.
