George Hartner / Bio

Welcome to my ReverbNation page! My latest project is a new CD/album/record/digits (whatever you prefer) called, Apologies Come Sunday with my band, The Super Tuesdays, consisting of Brian Bellis on keyboards and horns, Tim Koehler on guitar, Roger Manning on drums and Alex Goodell on bass. The new songs will be available here soon so stay tuned. For now you can listen to some past recordings of songs I've written and a cover or two.

My bio is as simple as this...I've always loved music and I've written over 500 songs, I had the pleasure and honor of writing a song with Glenn TIlbrook from the band Squeeze (Tempted, Black Coffee in Bed, If I Didn't Love You, Cool for Cats) called There For Her. I was also recognized in American Songwriter magazine for my song, A Little Peace.

My new album is fun and the musicians I have been playing with truly bring the songs to life. The songs range from rockers (One Last Petty Act of Defiance, Record Collection) to ballads (Dixie Girl, Sanity). We even throw a little reggae and C&W your way. I think you'll enjoy the ride.

All the best, GH
