Since 2007, the French band Madonagun has been playing an unexpected Metal which is considered by European critics as difficult to classify. This musical UFO is based on many different Metal experiences. Black Metal taught the energy of bass and drums to the two brothers Mark and D.K from Antaeus and Eternal Majesty. Progressive Metal found two more disciples many years ago with Julien Damotte on
guitar and Nach from Awacks on Keyboards. Industrial genre sent Voron from Argentum Mori on guitar and finally Metal and Hardcore gave birth to a versatile and powerful voice, sung by Mattjö.
In early winter 2009, the band left the track "In The Middle of Nowhere" on the "French Metal" Compilation just before the release of the first EP "Resurrect On the Rezor Edge" on January 15th, 2010.
Madonagun is now engraving itself into a Dark, Metal and Progressive style with the writing of the first album...
