"TRIPZ" Ron O’Neal a.k.a. Tripz was born in the Bronx on April 5th, 1979 in Bronx Lebanon hospital. Raised in Sound view projects with his 3 older siblings until a house fire forced him and his family to move to Arthur Avenue in the Little Italy section of the Bronx in 1983. This is where he learned to survive through prejudice and gang rivalry. Again fire would be the cause of him and his family moving but this time he landed in Forest Houses where he was introduced to hip-hop. After making his final move to 169th and Washington Ave./Webster. He began making the contact’s he needed to begin his career in music. Armed with the mind state “Music is all about freedom! Freedom from social constructs.” And knowing that too many people think to damn hard about what other people think about them and they try to tailor themselves to what people think they should be. Ron O’Neal is bringin' nothing but himself to the table. Strong arming the game with his own movement (New York Or Nothing) Ron O’Neal is a force to be reckoned with!!! Having worked with underground producer’s easy management (Bronx, N.Y.), 4 wheels productions (Bronx, N.Y.), Gladiator Productions (Albany, N.Y.), and O-So Gutter Music Group (Albany, N.Y.) and underground artist J.V. ( R&B), Agony (RAP), Dirty Lungz (RAP), pop (RAP), Bad Ass (RAP), Boogie Tha Man (RAP),Tap Waters, Panna ( LATIN), P-Nile (RAP), and Paper’s (RAP).
“I represent Entertainment. I'm here to take over the game with straight entertainment. However you want it. I talk about my struggle to adapt to the life of the streets, spending time in prison, and my experiences in music. I got flows to dance to, smoke to, zone out to, change your life to, start a fight to, laugh to, cry to, and motivate you. Feel me regardless of where you from, who you wit, or what you about.”
