Youth with their hands raised, giving God the highest praise, band rocking on the stage, DJ spinning record plays! This is the typical atmosphere of an Emory Anderson Concert. This 27 year old, North Carolina native seems to always captivate audiences, young and old, with his relevant topics, ear catching melodies, creative lyrics and songs, and uplifting, inspirational messages. Anderson has a strong passion for ministry, and he uses his gifts and talents as a vehicle to help "car pool" lost, misguided, and misdirected souls to a place where they can find encouragement, restoration and experience a love that's like no other!
CEO. Entrepreneur. Artist. Producer. These are just a few of his titles. Inspiring. Empowering. Uplifting. Encouraging. These are just a few of his ministries. Anderson’s journey began with the founding of Blessed Witha Gift Ministries (a Christian based Publishing and Production Company) in 2003; while he was still a student at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. Since then, Anderson has been making enormous strides in his ministry endeavors, while still being independent, and has built a sizable and respectable resume on a national and international level within the Christian Music Industry and on the Urban Gospel Music scene.
Initially being a poet, Emory Anderson, also known now as “The Vessel of Vernacular” has found a comfortable in-between as neither a typical “Gospel artist” nor a typical “Christian Rapper,” but what you would call an inspirational, spoken word artist; with all his gifts being strictly used for Kingdom building. Anderson has performed with, written for, produced for, ministered with, and has opened for various well known artist such as INO Records Christian Band “Building 429,” EMI recording artist “Kierra KiKi Sheard,” Arrow Records & Cajo Records recording artist Canton Jones, BET’s Sunday Best and Zomba Gospel Recording artist Crystal Aikin, the “First Lady of Gospel Soul,” Lisa McClendon, KJ Scriven, Mali Music, Da T.R.U.T.H., Ambassador, and many others. Anderson's style is so diverse, he can demand the attention of any audience. From the smooth spoken word style of a poetry cafe scene to a standing room only event with music beating through the speakers... the perfect artist for you next event.
