For Noah, the love of music started at a young age when his father played old gospel and blues albums and his parents watched re-runs of the Ed Sullivan Show.
Always a singer, Noah carried his love of music into high school and college where he was involved with theater and music. After graduation Noah proceeded to different jobs and started grad school.
A hippie at heart Noah rebelled against the demands of corporate America and dropped out of grad school and started taking guitar lessons. Soon after he began writing his own songs.
Noah recently recalled his late father explaining the meanings of songs by bands such as Cream, CCR, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, and Neil Young.
Also,Noah took Jimi Hendrix's concept of the musical church to heart. In this concept music should not just entertain you but speak to and heal people's hearts, minds, and souls.
His other influences include, Bobby "Blue" Bland, Howlin' Wolf, Lightning Hopkins, Robert Johnson, Crosby, Stills, and Nash, Jefferson Airplane, Cream, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, The Guess Who, Bob Dylan, and CCR.
Noah Tries to carry these influences into his music.
He wishes you all Peace, Love, and Happiness!
