Rock and Roll is back and badder than ever.
From Los Angeles, CA emerges the nastiest power trio rock and roll has seen since the dawn of the millennium. For nearly 8 years now, the titanic trio have been terrorizing audiences across America with their rambunctious funk and ridiculous good looks. Led by the notorious pirate Captain Mic Dangerously, Scott Wittenberg and Timmy "Too Tall" Baker are the back bone to a beast of a band that is on the road to musical superstardom. Fusing rock, soul, swing, jazz and funk these boys can play, and they mean business.
Over the last few loud and noisy years, ZR has played hundreds of shows, having shared the stage with acts such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Barrington Levy, The English Beat, Fergie, Pepper, The Dirty Heads, Soja, and countless others. Not wasting any time not making music, ZR has put out 4 full length releases: Company (2005) done at the famous Village Recorder with Scott Rickett and David and Bob Ezrin, "pawn gone king." (2007) Headway Music, "Heavy Lies The Crown" (2010) 17th Street, and the self produced "Lovely in the Middle: An Acoustic Collection" (2012) Hollywoodstock Studios.
Their music has been featured on MTV, Fox, CMT, and several action sports television shows. You can believe the pictures, you can believe the hype, but it only takes one show to see that these guys truly are the Kings of California.
