Vermex Van Croix was born in New York City to Puerto Rican/Mexican/Colombian parents and began singing at the age of five. Inspired by Soul/funk/blues music his voice and singing style have led him to performances on MTV's "Say What karaoke", ABC's "Gimme The Mic" and Telemundos's "Las Comadre's Con Gloria B where he sang in Spanish. Having worked with Dianne Warren, R. Kelly and Nicolas Martinelli has helped him compose his own music in different genres. He's currently working with collaborate efforts on his new single "Sweet Love", who's music video is also being shot in New York.
