I've been writing songs since 1995 and first played in Annapolis, Maryland at the Acme Bar n Grill as a guest of Brian Monk at his original singer/songwriter night along with Ruben Dobbs, Jimi HaHa, Brian Monk, Good Charlotte and others. From 1998-2003, I mostly played in the Annapolis/Baltimore area in Maryland but also traveled a lot and played in Montana, Washington, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Colorado, Pennsylvania and the Carolinas. I moved to Key West in 2003 and have been playing and writing songs ever since. I released my first album "Porch Songs" in 2000, my second, "Loose Change" in 2003 and my third solo album "American Love" in 2012. From 2005-2010 I was the lead singer and songwriter for the "Michael Dixon Band" in Key West and released two albums "Time Takes Time" and "Inspired" with that band. I am currently running my own studio, playing gigs and also working hard on several more albums.
