Andy Keys Clark is a singer, song writer, musician and producer. He is a joint founder member of original UK ska bands S.K.A. Allstars & The Monotones UK (South West). He is also a former member of Ska'd For Life (South West) and the founder member of Andy Keys Project. He is now an established solo artist in his own right, keeping his nickname 'Keys'. His work includes a mixture of mainly ska, indie and retro soul music, plus Andy also has a very keen interest in the classic Phil Spector sound. Andy has firmly established his own unique sound and style. Andy has been involved in the ska world for many years both as a performer and song writer in previous bands, and has now stepped forward to pursue his own solo career, both writing and producing his own material on his own small label. Andy has released 3 solo albums so far "Ska Blood From A Heart Of Soul", "The Prophecy" (also the expanded "The Prophecy: Deluxe Edition") and a new third album "Beyond The Illusion". Andy also co writes and records with other artists which have included Hoodlum Pharaohs (USA) and All Out Attack (UK), plus he has worked with The Downsetter (UK). Work with The Downsetter includes The Big Boss Review old school skinhead reggae album "Loosen Up". Andy was interviewed on Revenge Of The 80's Radio (NYC) by Chris Cordani, where his single "When Dexy's Ruled The World" saw it's first national USA airplay. Andy is featured on 2 of the charity fundraising albums for The Teenage Cancer Trust "Specialized: A Modern Take On Specials Classics" (Specials covers) and "Specialized 2 - Beat Cancer" (English Beat covers). Andy is also featured on guest vocals with Argentina's 'Crabs Corporation' on their vinyl mini album release (Jump Up Records USA).Andy appeared for a live performance of his singles "She's So Spector-Esque" & "Time" at Madness's 'House Of Fun Weekender" 2013. Andy's following is growing all the time and he is currently gaining much radio airplay, although mainly a studio artist at the moment, you never know what the future may hold. Andy has been pushing forward on his own small label for several years now, and has never given up his drive, love and passion for the music he creates, and has built up a healthy back catalog of 7 album, 6 EP and several single releases. Andy is currently working on a new and very different album with a strong 60's Spector style feel to it.
