Kenny Hillway / Bio

Hey all.. I am the Lead singer for the new band Majik Rooster Revival. A tribute to the Black Crowes.
I have been performing for over 20 years across the U.S. singing all types of rock from Grunge in the 90s to mainstream Rock to Blues and Southern Rock.. In May of this year from something as simple as a craigslist ad from a guitar player who loved and wanted to do the Black crowes. (Just so happens that another guitar player and the singer (me) also happened to be die hard Crowes fans). 5 guys with over 70 years of talent. Walked into one room to see what would happen. The emotion and feel that came out has barely broken free and literally takes me to that place we all had when we bought that 1st album that didn't leave the car or the Home stereo for a month.and you have payed for 25 copies since because people kept steeling it or it just got flat worn out. Its nice to get lost in the music. For that is what true musicians strive for and this band has been lucky enough to find it. in a matter of 8 weeks. We cannot wait to take this journey with each other and Invite you for the ride. So come check us out. Kick back, have a beer. and catch a local band that will actually keep you in your seat..Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to hanging with all of you.. And thanks for joining the Majik Rooster Revival.
