Fede received his first guitar at age 8 and immediately began teaching himself to play. Inspired by listening to classical guitarist Andres Segovia, he studied classical guitar for ten years with Maestro Carlo Palladino.
At age 16 Fede formed his first group, The Aries.
At 25 he decided to begin his solo career. Since then Fede has composed music for various theatrical performances: soundtracks for short movies in Italy, documentaries, and institutional videos for Italian universities. He was selected as the musician for a tribute honoring the prolific artist Paul Klee. To date Fede has produced seven albums: His first three CDs were distributed in Italy and Europe: Federico Fasce (2001) with the Italian label Videoradio that was first in the general chart of the Italian Vitaminic site for one month and for more than two months on the British general chart. Following was Antade in 2002 and CD 3 in 2003. Winter Blossoms (2005), was the first to be available in North America.
Reflecting on how his music has evolved over the years, Fede has technically developed his recording system, the quality improved, and he always found more creative stimulation through knowing new persons and developing new projects. Additional discography includes Fede’s song “Speed Limit”, included on the Indie Music for Life 2007 Rock Compilation CD. His music also helps fight the bad dragon of cancer on the children’s story CD: The Hopeful Princess -- an endeavor that he considers the most noble project he could collaborate. Although there are many challenges facing independent artists, this multi-talented musician’s songs are enjoyed world-wide on a variety of radio stations and numerous online music sites.
