The band's debut album, '30 Silver Pieces', released in 2007, paved the beginning steps for the band. The album comprises more than one genre as elements of rock, metal, and pop weave in and out of songs. in the years afterward the band was able to grow on many different levels in terms of musicianship and songwriting while making connections with the powerful Song Haus Music. The new album, titled 'Two: Glass Apple', was released in late 2010, and is vastly different sounding than the first.
Soon after the release of 'Two: Glass Apple', Mikey Collard and Ted Newsom aka The Rose Phantom left the band. Zakkary Hale and Andrew Hopkins carried on with new bassist Trevor Alder. After a small west coast tour behind 'Glass Apple' Zakkary Hale decided to put Melodramus to rest in early 2012.
Zakkary Hale and Trevor Alder are going to continue making together under a new project. Please stay tuned.
