Capricia / Bio

.. The name Capricia is derived from the word Caprice:
“a piece of music, usually fairly free in form and of a lively character. The typical capriccio is one that is fast, intense, and often virtuostic in nature”.
The band has always felt that this is the word that best describes their musical philosophy.
Although the band is relatively new, the work on “Capricia” began by guitar player Arnold Nesis already in 2002, and after much work, in 2010 “Capricia” released their music, and began performing.
The band has done quite an impressive work in Israel - performed on Israel’s top stages, like "Barby Tel-Aviv", and in the "Yellow Submarine" in Jerusalem and hosted in a few radio shows, including "Met-Al-Metal" (biggest Metal radio show in Israel), and interviewed for "Metalist" Magazine - the biggest magazine for metal in Israrel.
Besides the band members, Capricia works with many classical, metal and jazz artists from Israel and abroad such as Vidi Dolev, Aviv Hadari, Mexican singer Malinaly Reyes (Fractalia), Mexican singer Isadora Cortina, and many others.
