I grew up in a musical family and learned to love and appreciate all music. I sang in church choir and my first appearance with a live band was when I was 9 years old in the Montgomery Ward Mall in Alabama. I love singing. I play some piano and would like to learn to play the mandolin. My first song is one my mother wrote about my grandparents. It is an amazingly true story! Music is not about being famous for me, it's about love, passion, and healing the wounds life can cause. Music has always been there for me as a therapeutic tool to deal with the trials in my life as well as to celebrate the joys.
My friends and family are the reason I've gotten as far as I have in music. They believe in me and they feel that music is where I belong. I hope others enjoy my music as much as my friends, family and I do! Thanks to everyone who pushed me this far and to God who has saved me many times over!!
