Ed Rogers has been entertaining audiences for well over a decade as a singer, guitarist, drummer, producer and songwriter. With his powerful voice and unique mix of originals and covers, Rogers crosses genres to explore the connections between blues, rock, country and folk music.
Ed began performing in the music hotbed of Austin, Texas in the late 1990’s. After migrating to Fort Worth, he spent years playing with an outlaw band of songwriters called the Gypsy Troubadours. Rogers went on to release "Misery and Gold" in 2003 and began performing solo and with the Ed Rogers Band, sharing the stage with luminaries like Steven Fromholz, Bruce Robison and Jim Lauderdale. These days, he splits his time between his solo work and as a sideman for various acts, currently including the matthew show (guitar) and Stefan & the Clantons (drums).
An experienced studio musician, Ed has recorded at world-class facilities including Eagle Audio in Fort Worth, Ardent Studios and the legendary Sun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee.
