Based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Formed in the Fall of 2010. Pain Alive started when 3 members of the thrash metal band Unforeseen decided to start a little bit of a different endeavor. Wanting to rock a million faces with great songs and attitude, the 3 members of Unforeseen (Luke Hartshaw_guitar, Dan Bands_ who played guitar in Unforeseen and now bass for Pain Alive, And Gary Wells_Drums) met with singer song writer Chris Wilson to form What is now Pain Alive. The first time getting together they wrote O Death and within a few times getting together they had 3 songs and could see and feel this was an exciting, special project with the neccessary chemistry. With solid wanting to play along drums, sharpening in your face bass lines, Guitars that breathe life into you, and Vocals with one listen you will know the pain is alive and not going anywhere.
