Growing up with a musical family background, I started playing guitar when I was about 7 years old. Early on I was exposed to mostly Country and Folk music. Then in high school I formed my first Rock band and started playing what we now call "Classic Rock". Most of my guitar heroes back then were Blues influenced, so I guess that's when I first started picking up on the Blues. Today, Blues is a big part of what I do and always will be. That's why whenever I write a Rock, Country, or whatever kind of song, it's always going to have a Bluesy Feel to it. A.J.
