Ms. Granatella has been singing blues and jazz for over 20 years. Her sultry stylings can be heard with local big bands and jazz groups in Wisconsin. She has strong roots in classical, opera and art music and received her Bachelor's Degree in Applied Voice in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. She has significant versatility as a vocalist who sings across genres both legitimate and popular. Ms. Granatella maintains an active teaching studio based in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Ms. Granatella was voted “Best up and coming musical act in Northeastern Wisconsin” in 2011. Hosted by the Avenue 91.1 radio station of the Fox cities area, this title was recognition of Christine’s vocal talent, and wide spread fan base that place her among the finest jazz vocalists in Wisconsin.
Ms. Granatella made her west coast debut in January 2012 at the historic Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. Billed with Noel "Paul" Stookey from Peter, Paul and Mary, she and Noah Harmon debuted material from Mr. Harmon's new album due for release this year (sponsored by Stillpoints.)
Christine continues to arrange, and perform solo vocals with a wide range of musicians. Ms. Granatella currently teaches voice, piano, theory and composition to students of all ages and abilities and is co-founder of Granatella Studios.
