The Dolt Jack Narna / Bio

Largely Self Taught and musical from a young age, I've enjoyed arrangements and performance my whole life. My songwriting began in high school, in a three piece band, on an old guitar, and I've done the singer/songwriter thing for many a year... quietly, and largely for my own enjoyment...
A few years ago I began teaching myself to play the piano. While I had a year or so as a kid at 8 or 9, I generally play now with my own method, derived largely from the techniques I first taught myself on the guitar.
I've always enjoyed singing, and the subtle nuances of properly performing a song as The Song Itsself defines, but alas, I find myself unable, as with my acoustic guitar, to 'bill' myself as anything sounding more exciting than 'myself'...

I persue Many other interests tho, and have also spent the past few years learning techno music and the programming of sequencers and synthesizers... under the name 'Scenic Mob'
in a way now, I use iether as a respite from the other, and tend to bounce between them...

My love for This music has always been, and always will be, a love of jazz, improvisations, jams, and acoustic instruments that can never be completely replicated electronically... yet I can do things now with sequencers that allow me to play Ten different instruments together, and define Complete Orchestration which I can never do acoustically...

I have often said I could play music every weekend as a house band for a 'house of blues' or a good piano bar and die a happy man, but artistic integrity and personal affirmation has always weighed more on me than monetary gain...
I have a great and abiding love for All of my music, and think I shall Always Need an alternative outlet... or ten...

...enjoy one of the many!
