Risky Business Band (RBB) is the hot new six-piece rock, funk, and soul band out of Boston and the Berklee College of Music. These six teens have an infectious groove laid down by a soulful rhythm section and sultry saxophone, complete with impeccable three-part harmonies. RBB is the year's buzz of New England and their live performance is not to be missed.
The Risky Business Band has been creating a buzz all over New England and in Nov 2012 performed their 100th show at Mohegan Sun's Wolf Den. They have performed at the Irish Heritage Festival in Boston and were a featured artist at the NCAA Lacrosse Event at Gillette and the Ford Driving Skills for Life in Hanover. They have played in a variety of settings from local clubs to private parties and have been generous with their time for a variety of organizations and causes including: Cancer Support Community MA South Shore, The Alzheimer’s Association, The Friendship Home, South Shore YMCA, Friends of Jaclyn, and the Captain Lew's Crew. RBB took top Band at the Music On Up Showcase at The Hard Rock Cafe in Boston and were the Marshfield Fair Battle of the Bands Champs in 2011 and 2012. They also have been featured at the Palladium in Worcester, the Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro, and have played twice live on "Almost Famous" on WATD 95.9 FM, Marshfield, MA.
