J Dallar is a New York City based laptopist, remixer, guitarist, sound designer,
musician and producer.
I've worked with a wide and eclectic array of musical luminaries, as well as internationally renowned choreographer Elisa Monte. To name a few:
- Nick Petrie, the drummer of the seminal Indie, Eastern European/French
inflected pop band Beirut.
- Paul Johnson, the mixing engineer for Beirut's "Lon Gisland" EP.
- James Plotkin of Phantom Smasher, formerly of Death Ambient with Ikue
Mori and Kato Hideki, and the Black Metal band Khanate with
Steve O'Malley of the legendary Sun((0))
- Amphetamine Reptile's international cult free noise outfit Love 666.
