Since the summer of 2000, this plan has been in the making, hailing all the way from Little Rock, Arkansas to bring the heat to the masses in Texas. Currently residing and working in the DFW circuit and coining the quote of, “Arkansas Made, Texas Paid!” Many said he wouldn’t, plenty said he couldn’t. But, there is force driving him to be successful! Those of you who was against him, has now joined him. The one known as Lil’ Kee aka Mr. Joe Billionaire has always been focusing on persevering, ask his engineer?! From the beginning of this saga, it started with the mighty duo of Jump Out Boyz which comprised of Dollas & Lil’ Kee. The two embarked on a recording career after a brief stint in the U.S. military. Their first demo, “Comin’ Out Tha Woodworks,” contain enough raw recorded material to garner the attention of some mid-major labels, a few publishing deals, and management offers to the reign of being the ‘King of Creamville’. As we jet speed to the future bringing us to the year 2011, oh what a journey it has been for his career to take flight. City to city, state-to-state, and doing shows, Armored Truck Music/Rocc-Starr Entertainment has embarked upon a new venture to accomplish a constant outreach to the fans of Mr. Joe Billionaire.

First Music Interest: Start playing piano at the age of 9. In the orchestra and band all through junior high and high school. As an entertainer, Lil’ Kee had the opportunity to open up for 2 Live Crew in 2003 and have performed for numerous occasions and events around his region.
Musical influences include The Great Pimp C & Bun B (UGK), DJ Screw, Scarface & The Ghetto Boys, Southern Rap greats, West Coast riders, and all the R&B legends! Included are these genres from blues, jazz, classical, gospel, pop, to rock as music that also has influenced him.
