JACKWAGON's musical repertoire boasts a wide range of cover tunes and a few original songs (they're working on expanding those!). They have performed professionally at a variety of levels and events all over the Western United States; with state fairs in Oregon, Idaho and Utah, and rodeos in Wyoming and Nevada. They have also played an abundance of dances, concerts, benefits and festivals, winning over a large fan base with their musicality, onstage humor, and their gutsy original songs.
Founding member Rich Bonaduce gets what he calls “the best seat in the house”, filling the JACKWAGON drum throne. Rich played in Southern Utah favorite Justice for six years before moving up north and joining RAWHIDE, as well as playing with local favorites For Rent, The Relief Society, and the Jim Huish Band. He went onto eventually form JACKWAGON with Jeff Hubbard and Jason kenyon, who both have sinced moved onto otehr projects or out of state. You may recognize Rich from his TV stint as weatherguy on Utah’s WB, from the TV show Talking Pictures on both CW30 and ABC4, or online with TopTenREVIEWS.
Serving up the low end for Jackwagon, Pete Reed has been laying it down since the early `90s for local bands from New York to Utah. Pete teamed up with current Jackwagon lead guitarist and front man, “Buzzy” Berthelson to rock the blues with the PBO band; and later, joined up with Rich Bonaduce to hit the scene as Jackwagon. When Pete isn’t slappin' da bass, you can find him onstage growing his facial hair at any beard competition in Salt Lake City.
