Delaney is a 17-year-old singer/songwriter/bassist from Shirley, on Long Island, NY. Delaney has been writing songs for a few years, and began attending open mic nights in the summer of 2010, playing acoustic guitar accompanied by her dad, Bill Hafener, formerly of 90's indie band The Skels. When Skels bandmate Al Criscuolo agreed to step in on drums, The band went all electric and never looked back. Along with a strong collection of original power pop/alt rock songs, all either written or co-written by Delaney herself, Delaney covers a diverse group of artists from Johnny Cash and Graham Parsons to Katy Perry and The Ramones. These songs were recorded at the Kennel Studios in Brooklyn. Delaney plays the bass on all songs. She has also recently does some recording with Teenage Rasputin, helping out with backup vocals and French Horn. Check it out.
