Max Pie is a Progressive Metal Band from Belgium. Founded in 2005, they started to play covers and in 2009, Max Pie started to plays original songs. The first album "Initial Process" was released in 2011. After some line up changes, and a tour with Jon Oliva's Pain, Max Pie released his second opus called "Eight Pieces - One World" : more progressive and more powerful. In 2014, the band started to work on his third album. This one called "Odd Memories" will be released in 2015.

Founded in 2005, originally playing Classic Hard Rock/ Metal in the vein Deep Purple, and Whitesnake, Max Pie gradually evolved into the Progressive Heavy Metal band they are today, characterized by extraordinary power and epic melody.
Like most bands Max Pie under went a number of unavoidable line-up changes but kept on writing, rehearsing and step by step building a loyal following thanks to a rigorous touring schedule and impressive stage presence.
In 2012 they release “Initial Process” their debut album by Max Pie, featuring special guests Emmanuelle Casali (DGM, Astra) on keyboards. The album was both a critical and commercial success around Europe, both with the Prog-Rock crowd and hard and heavy Rock fans in general.
The follow-up “Eight Pieces – One World” features Simone Mularoni – the guitarist with DGM and Empyrios – on two tracks. Mularoni, also a celebrated producer, also mixed and mastered the album at the Domination Studios in San Marino, Italy. Original music with a captivating sound, this Max Pie album is a real achievement. Eight insidious and catchy titles!
