KUTT-E is the real deal. Like many young people raised in a tough neighborhood KUTT-E survived tumultuous surroundings in the west side of Oakland , California and fought for his chance to stake his claim in the music industry. Not knowing how to express himself, at age 14 KUTT-E found that he could use writing as his emotional outlet. By the age of 15 his love for music and his need to express himself collided and he recorded his first track. Since this moment KUTT-E has worked his way up the underground ladder, earning respect from many major producers and artist in the industry. Winning over a lot of people with his unique “swagger”, vocal delivery, and animated metaphors, KUTT-E has drawn the attention of many fans and some of the best entrepreneur’s in the business. He has come from recording mix tape tracks on his home computer to bringing down the house at many prominent venues. His different style has earned him songs with San Quinn (Done Deal Ent.), T-Gunna aka Taydatay of 11/5, Turf Talk ( Sick Wid It Records ), Selau (Black Note Records), Zoe Tha Roasta (AFNF), L’Jay, Davey D (producer), D Dre (Produced hits for Pink, Destiny’s Child, Debora Cox, etc.), Steven King (producer) and many other talented artist and producers. Determined to succeed and be the new face of Hip Hop, KUTT-E went to school and worked two jobs to support his dream. It only took a few months of making connections to land him shows with Mistah FAB, Bav Gate, Turf Talk, Hood Stars, Balance, Jon B , The Federation, Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound Gang, JT the Bigga Figga and many other talented artist. This passionate artist looks forward to dropping “The Network” compilation featuring hit single “Yep, I AM!” and hosted by the man himself, which will be followed by his long awaited mix tape (Alter Ego) and album (Intro II Greatness). He likes to think of himself to be an intelligent individual who understands the key aspects of this game they call life, but knows he is still learning. Confident yet humble and living by the words “it’s what you do, not what you say” KUTT-E looks to be the future of hip hop.
