Tornado Head is the singing, song-writing project of Josh King. Its main thrust is comprised of comedic or amorous observations delivered through jazz-influenced folk-rock. It's personal, smart, and offensive. Formerly known as The Everest Ruin, the project started in Shanghai, and moved around the U.S. from 2008 to 2013, with multiple tours. King released his first album, 'Operationalization' in 2011, and his follow-up 'All The King's Men' in 2012. His most current album, 'Tornado Head' (self-titled) is a compilation spanning over 10 years of work, and it includes unreleased material from associated projects. King now resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
