Foul Stench formed in 1990.. with the original line-up of King Stench (vocals/guitar), Rotting Limb (bass), and Smushed Cranium (drums). The early days were more about partying with friends and playing loud music, and eventually Rotting Limb left the band.
After going through a couple different line-ups the band found solid ground with Bone Shrapnel (bass) and added second (lead) guitarist, Rotten Innards.
1993 - first demo ("Jizmark") is released.
1994 - Foul Stench became a trio again with King Stench, Smushed Cranium, and Rotting Limb and released a 6 song demo ("Original Recipe").
Well over 10 years passed, and Foul Stench did nothing. They went their separate ways, playing in different bands and projects.
In late 2005 Foul Stench regrouped, not only as more mature and serious players, but this time with new drummer Stool Sample (Brian Harris - ex Decay, Pawn, 23rd Chapter, EkoTox, etc) which also matured the writing style, allowing for faster, grindier riffage and drummage, without losing the original old school simplicity of the Foul Stench songwriting!
