My name is Jason Crabtree and I am a Husband, father of 2 beautiful girls and a Singer/songwriter. I began loving music at a very early age. My most fond memory of where my love for country music started was when I was in about 4th grade and Alan Jackson "Chasing that neon rainbow" came on the radio. I knew then I loved country music. I spent 2000-2001 on the road with Neal McCoy as his merch salesman and still remain friends with Neal. I also did a short 1 month trip out as Chris Cagles merch guy. In all that time I learned so many things about music, stage presence and became more in love with the idea of being an artist myself. I always loved to sing but it wasnt till I was 21 when I bought my first guitar (2001). I never really took it serious until 2008 when I really started learning cover songs and then started writing. In 2009 I did an open mic at Texas Theater in Waxahachie and everything has taken off since then. In the last 2 yrs I've opened up for Brandon Rhyder 3 times, Radney Foster, Michael Martin Murphy, Gary P. Nunn and others and I continue to persue a music career today. I could go on forever with a bio but thats about the gist of it. I am an acoustic only act currently but from time to time I get my buddy Clay Shelburn to join me for a show or I'll join him and its a blast! Peace and thanks for reading a short story of my life.
